Job Description:
✔ Conduct field surveys & interviews
✔ Collect and input data via mobile app
✔ Ensure data quality & submit daily reports

Requirements:
✅ Must reside in Batam City
✅ Min. High School graduate (preferably D3/S1)
✅ Good communication skills, detail-oriented
✅ Able to operate smartphone/tablet
✅ Willing to work full-time on field
✅ Previous survey experience is an advantage
